TurnoverBnB, a SaaS platform helping operators of vacation rentals schedule and manage their cleaning process as well as source cleaners for their properties, has announced a new partnership with Kigo, the trusted global platform for short-term management professionals, enabling companies to effortlessly expand their property portfolio and drive revenue. 

The partnership allows Kigo users to automatically sync their booking calendars with TurnoverBnB to automatically schedule, communicate with, and pay their cleaners.

Founded in 2016, TurnoverBnB addresses a pressing need for short-term rental operators, providing them with a centralized platform for sourcing and managing cleaning services for their properties. In addition to its marketplace functionality, which enables operators to hire experienced cleaners in thousands of cities around the world, the platform boasts features including auto scheduling and auto payment to streamline the management process for in-unit cleaning.

How to Connect Your Account

Step 1: Log into your TurnoverBnB account.

Step 2: From the Dashboard, select Settings > Integrations.

Step 3: Select Connect in the Kigo card.

Step 4: Next, open a new window and login to your Kigo account.

Step 5: From the Marketplace tab, look for TurnoverBnB and click Connect.

Step 6: From the TurnoverBnB pop-up, click on Add Service. This will start the process to import your properties. Note: This may take a few minutes to be completed.

Step 7: Next, you will be redirected to the Properties page of your TurnoverBnB account where you will confirm that the number of imported properties match. Proceed by clicking on the button to Link Listings.

You have now successfully connected your Kigo account with TurnoverBnB.
