The average vacation rental cleaning cost for a two-bedroom property nationwide in the first quarter of 2021 was $68.45. This price saw a decrease of nearly two percent compared to last quarter’s average.
Three-bedroom properties also decreased over last quarter, down over three percent with an average of $97.05 per cleaning. One-bedroom cleaning costs, on the other hand, increased slightly to $51.57 per unit.
