When us owners are shopping for items for our rentals, sometimes we have trouble picking higher priced items because we are trying to keep our business cash flowing well. But with some items, it can end up being cheaper in the long run to pay more upfront.
Sheets, Pillows, & Towels
One example is high-quality sheets, pillows, and towels for your rentals. If you pick the higher quality versions of these items, they will likely last much longer and you won’t have to buy new ones so soon. Amazon also has a Subscribe & Save option that has big discounts for things that you put on subscription with them that you use all the time. Getting higher quality items such as those mentioned above should result in many good guest reviews that could get more traffic to your profile and more people booking your place in the long run.
Of course, you don’t want to break the bank on something just because you think it will last longer if it doesn’t make sense for your bank account. So make sure you would still cash flowing after making these decisions!
