- 3-bedroom: $108.84 (up 34.69% from Q4 2020)

Historical Average
Over the past year, we can observe increases across the board for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom rentals. However, the increases were more significant for larger properties. 1-bedroom rentals, represented by the yellow dotted line, have shown marginal increases and decreases throughout the year resulting in a steady average.
Cleaning costs for 2-bedroom units, represented by the dark blue dotted line, displayed consistent increases over the past year that led to a significant 15.06% increase.
3-bedroom units, represented by the light blue dotted line, showed a noteworthy surge of 34.69% going from prices in the $80 range to $108.84 by the end of Q4 2021.
Overall, the cleaning costs for 1-bedroom units has stayed fairly consistent, but the prices for 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units are on a significant upward trend. These raises in cleaning cost averages should be taken into account when pricing your services for the upcoming year.
