- 2-bedroom: $72.22 (down 2.81% from Q1)
- 3-bedroom: $101.43 (down 1.40% from Q1)

Over the last year, cleaning costs have remained steady across the board for one, two, and three-bedroom properties.
To better understand the context of the market, we have illustrated the historical average of rental cleaning costs in Colorado from 2020 Q2 to 2021 Q2. This data comes from completed TurnoverBnB projects and is not priced by the company.
1-bedroom rentals, represented by the dotted yellow line, have shown a very slow increase since Q1 of 2020. 2-bedroom rentals, indicated by the dotted purple line, have also made a slight upward increase but decreased in the last quarter. Similarly, 3-bedroom rentals, depicted by the dotted turquoise line, have shown a fluctuating price in Q1 of 2021. Notably, all size properties in Colorado have seen a downward trend in the past quarter.
Overall, despite industry growth in Q2 of 2021, average cleaning costs in Colorado are remaining in the same range. All 1, 2, and 3-bedroom cleaning costs have decreased across the board during Q2.
